1Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use EONA.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2Community Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy

EONA is a space for gamers to connect safely. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal and harmful behavior.

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Grooming: Building emotional connections with a minor to facilitate abuse.
• Sextortion: Coercing or threatening a minor using sensitive imagery.
• Trafficking: Recruitment or exploitation of minors for sexual purposes.
• CSAM: The sharing or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

Mandatory Reporting: EONA will report any suspected CSAE activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies immediately.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Promoting illegal activities or substances.
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or "boosting" services.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans.

3User Content & Interaction

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post and your interactions with other users.
• Risk: EONA facilitates discovery but does not vet every user. You interact with others at your own risk.
• License: By posting content on EONA, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content to provide the Service.

4Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for:

• Violations of these Terms.
• Behavior that poses a risk to other users.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

5Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EONA and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

6Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
